Why do we ask for you to fill out a form every week to view our service? Simple, because the goal of DSPC is to be a community that knows Christ and knows one another. We can't serve or connect with people when they are anonymous, and last time we checked, every disciple of Jesus had a name, so we want to know yours.

We aren't being creepy or controlling, we are trying to be faithful to the ministry that Jesus entrusted to us.
