Warrior & Family Group
Warrior & Family Group - Open to any combat veterans (male or female) who have PTSD or been deployed to a combat zone and any spouse married to a combat veteran. We are here to help you combat your post-traumatic stress issues stemming from anger, anxiety, avoidance and numbing, etc. Our warrior and family groups will give you the tools necessary to help you build resiliency and fight spiritually while also showing you how to gain post-traumatic growth. We use the books “Combat Trauma Healing Manual” & “When War Comes Home”. Join us at DSPC for dinner at 6:30pm on Mondays, followed by groups from 7-8pm beginning August 26th in Room 4 at DSPC.
