DSPC Foundations Meeting on Sunday mornings from September 8 - December 8, 2019 at 9am am in Room 2, we will gather together for a 14-week deep-dive into the Christian faith.
In this course, we will experience God's big story as it is presented to us through the major themes of the Old and New Testament. We will also explore how we live into that story and live out our faith as partners in this community of faith and as part of the larger Presbyterian tradition. Enneagram Coffee Talk Hey ladies! Come join us every other Monday morning at 9am for a book study on personality and faith. Based on the book “Self to Lose, Self to Find: A Biblical Approach to the 9 Enneagram Types” by Marilyn Vancil. Bonus? Women’s Open Hearts Discussion Group - A book club for every woman who desires a fun and interesting way to explore faith with study and discussion. Weekly Message - Everyone’s invited to a low-key conversation Tuesday evenings. We’ll discuss the prior week’s sermon, dive into Scripture, and support one another as we apply God’s word to our daily lives. Childcare is not provided. Wednesday Women’s Bible Study - You’re invited to a class for all levels of faith journey, from beginners attending their first Bible Study to seasoned veterans. No homework; no intimidation; no pressure. We have fun together learning and reading books of the Bible as well as faith-based studies. Ladies of all ages are invited to join us this fall as we study “31 Proverbs to Light Your Path” by Liz Curtis Higgs. Class will be led by DSPC-member Luann Sandahl. Meeting every Wednesday starting September 11th from 10:30am-12pm in Room 2 at DSPC. (Several participants attend Gentle Yoga for Older Adults with Anne Jones at DSPC from 9:30-10:30am beforehand. Men’s Bible Study - You’re invited to a laid-back discussion group about Scripture and how it applies to our lives. Men of all ages and stages are invited to join the discussion. Midweek + Midlife - Are you a parent of tweens or teens looking for friendship + faith? Join Chris and Natalie Millette for a small group centered around applying the prior week’s message to our daily lives. Childcare is not provided. Meeting from 7-8:30pm. Devoted - Calling couples with kids still at home! Meeting at the church every OTHER Thursday for a relationship group focused on strengthening our marriages as we grow closer to Christ. Men’s Study Group - Want to be a part of a men’s roundtable gathering on Friday mornings? Through our reading and discussion, we attempt to discern how to live more like Christ and grow in our relationship with God. Generally, we alternate between a book of the Bible and a book outside the Bible that is of a spiritual nature. Anyone interested in pursuing these is welcome, regardless of where you may be regarding your Biblical knowledge and relationship with God. Join us on Friday mornings in Room 2 from 7:30-9:00am.


Running the Race with Joy - Growing in faith + fitness together! Join us every Saturday at 7:30am at the park behind the YMCA for a devotional followed by a run/walk together. This fall, starting on September 14th, we’re getting ready to Run by the Creek:
